DataCentre Information
Our network core is located within a purpose built, state of the art datacentre in Manchester. The datacentre offers the following :

  •  Backup diesel generators
  •  VESDA smoke detection and FM200 fire suppressant
  •  Cooling is provided by non-ozone depleting n+1 Air Conditioning
  •  Keyfob Entry System
  •  Sitewide CCTV system
  •  24 / 7 / 365 manned security

Network Information
Our network core is built around Cisco routing and switching equipment which provides resiliance and reliability to our internal network core.

Services
We offer a range of services including Shared Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Virtual Servers, Colocation and a wide range of other hosting services. We also provide onsite IT Support and Consultancy Services in and around the East Midlands.

Support
Due to the nature of the services we provide, Tessalate is passionate about support. Our telephone helpdesk is available 24/7/365 and an onsite Network Operations team is present in the datacentre through the night to provide "intelligent hands" to both ourselves and directly to clients.
