We take support very seriously at Tessalate. Support isnt something that we offer on our terms. Support is what we give to all customers regardless of the service they have. Yes we offer a level of services and yes we do offer a higher level of service to our larger customers. We dont however offer a higher level of server to anyone at the expense of our other clients. Every single client of ours is important to us.

Due to the nature of the internet, we have at our disposal a large array of support options.

Our support options range from the standard email support to a direct telephone support contact. You can send us emails, contact us via MSN or Skype. If your query or issue is important we suggest you use our ticket system whcih emails our on-call engineer regardless of the time of day.
