A large proportion of our customer base is gained by referrals. To reward customers for recommending us or referring us we have introduced a referral system.

For every referral that you make we will credit your account with an amount up to the cost of the referral. For example if you refer a customer whose monthly bill is £20 you will receive a credit equal to your monthly bill or the referred customer's monthly bill. If the referred customer's monthly bill is greater than your monthly bill then the credit will not exceed your total monthly bill. Referral credits do not have a cash value and cannot be paid in cash.

To qualify the referred customer needs to indicate who it was that referred them so that we can apply the credit. This referral can only apply at the time of the new account creation and not retrospectively.

Referral credits will only be applied following the referred customer making payment for their service.

If you refer enough customers to us it is very possible for your referrals to equal your monthly bill.
